    Solution:

Open Outlook settings by clicking on the Clog \ Under mail Accounts click the right hand(greater than) arrow. Edit the description by default it is the email address you connected. The first letter of whatever you put their will show. Any number will show as the pound sign. Letters A-Z are usable..

Note: you can not adjust the color.

    Solution:

This is available. Just select an email for 2-3 seconds. At top left you will see a select all option. After choosing hit trash button at the bottom. I do this everyday.

Multi Factor Authentication Prompts occur to either enter your password orenable cellular data for Outlook when you change cellular data access for any application installed. It doesn’t matter if enable or disable cell access to any application or if cellular access is enabled or not specifically for Outlook the change is when the prompt comes. This is incredibly annoying for a great product. This does not occur if Touch ID and 2 factor authentication are disabled. In case this is a factor I also use Microsoft Authenticator app.
Changing cell data access is critical to saving money and only on for minimal apps or a few specific apps. Often I turn on a single app when I am data roaming and this always occurs. Please fix ASAP as without I may need to use another email app.
