Yes please! We are using Bookings for student advising appointments at a community college and have hundreds of "staff", 5 different Bookings calendars, and thousands of students making appointments. Please put the name first, not the service.

Text notification is an option now, but we had to turn it off because it was sending incorrect random appointment times. The student received the initial confirmation text that the appointment is 10am. Then the day before the appointment he received a text saying the appointment was 3pm and there had been no changes. It will still 10am on the calendar. Texting is a must-have feature, but it needs to be accurate!
