    You can rename the email by editing the subject line. To enable this, Click View, View Settings, Other Settings, tick Allow in-cell editing. Does this help you?

  6. Add 'Acknowledged' and 'Thanks' buttons to emails that will tell the sender you have seen their email, without having to send another.
