On Office 365 Exchange mailbox (possibly others), emails that have a rule set to move them to a subfolder under Inbox do not trigger a notification that a new email has arrived. The emails do show up in that folder but the system does not notify me of those emails even though it's set to notify all. Other apps do notify but not Microsoft's own Outlook app.

On Android, the Exchange calendar does not sync with the default system calendar from Outlook for Mobile. I like to have a unified calendar that shows all of my calenders in one and must currently either use Nine or Gmail to sync my Office 365 calendar with my Google Calendar so I can see everything there.

Most email apps will remove the new email notification for an Exchange email that was read (locally or on another device). Outlook for Android does not so notifications pile up for old/deleted/read emails that must be manually cleared. It would be a good idea to have these notifications disappear as an email is dealt with. I routintely have to clear a dozen or more notifications from my tablet that only sparingly gets used. Other apps like Nine do not have this issue.

When someone sends an email with a white background set, the text cannot be read on Android devices running Outlook that are set to dark theme. The white text on forced white background make the text invisible. Have to switch to a white theme so the text becomes black or highlight the text before the text is visible.
