    And can we have the folders with unread emails highlighted bold again while you are at it? It's about user preference, so at least give the users the option to decide

    Why change for the sake of change? So you an package it up and sell it as a new product? This is outlook, it is an email package (a tool) I use to do my job (the main event). Working out how to make the tool work for me should not become the main event! In simple terms, enable users to switch back to old styles, and then provide us the flexibility to choose how it looks and so how we work with it.
