  2. Support google and other calendars like the mobile outlook version does.

    I agree. My personal (and family) calendars are on Google, but my work is on office 365. I would like to be able to view and edit all of the calendars through outlook while I am at my desktop. Outlook for Android has this functionality. The built in Windows calendar has this functionality. Why can't Outlook for windows? Having to change applications every time I want to schedule a meeting is a pain.
