    Keep receiving legitimate mail in the spam filter being send by a Office 365 user. Contacted the 365 Helpdesk,

    Hope you are doing well.
    I am contacting you in reference to the outstanding case 19236228.

    At Microsoft, we are truly concerned about your problems handled in professional and efficient manner. Ensuring a timely resolution is our priority.

    We isolated the issue and found that, the generating Service (Office 365) is not marking the outbound email as Spam. The emails are not going through HRDP pool either.
    The emails are only being marked as Spam by Hotmail Servers. Also, when we send email to any other Mail Server it is not being marked as Spam.
    We see that the Blank emails are also being marked as spam, so it is not the content of the email which is causing the issue.
    We can conclude that the issue is with the Hotmail server which is marking the Email as Spam. We would advise you to contact the Hotmail Support Team for further investigation.
    We tried contacting you to get an update on the case. However, we were unable to reach you. We understand that you might be busy with other obligations which are preventing you to contact us. It would be best to archive this case at this point of time considering the time lapse since our last contact.

    ‘Archiving’ simply, means that you can reopen the case any time within 30 days, at no charge. All that is required is a phone call on 1-800-676-7658. We will then be able to continue working towards a resolution at your convenience. This flexibility provides you the opportunity to schedule the necessary amount of time to work on the issue.
