    I constantly have to keep going through pointless loops to recover my email that lead nowhere, and I’ve been trying for over a month to get it back because it has all of my documents saved to my one drive which I now can’t access!! It’s frustrating calling up and being told by a robot my only option is to try again online! I got to the support desk and hit the categories saying I’m trying to recover my email/password and that I want to talk to someone and then I just keep getting stuck on the next step because it asks me to sign into my email which I obviously can’t do because that’s the reason I’m trying to contact them!! So I just keep getting no results and I’m that angry that I’ve left atleast 15 different feedback messages to try and get something done and of course I’m still stuck in the same position I was a month ago.
