    I've been using hotmail.com as my primary email for my whole life and everything was all right until last year 2019. I kept on missing emails from all sorts of senders - my friends and my utility providers. I checked everywhere, my storage is far from full, all senders are added to my contact list, no sweep rules, etc. Nothing under my control can cause this. I saw so many people here complaining about the same thing, but surprisingly no response from Microsoft. I understand this is a free service but I think it's reasonable for us to ask for some reliability and confidence. Please please fix the problem. This issue is no longer bearable.
