  1. Change spam filtering protocols so that when I move email from the spam folder into my regular inbox, you recognize the sender as not spam.

  3. actually send spam to the spam box especially after I continually put spam emails with same addresses and content in my spam box

    I want mail that I say is NOT spam to be put in my inbox. I don't want to keep going to spam for my work emails.
