Family members usually share many contacts, e.g. relatives, local businesses, school mates.

It should be possible to have a shared addressbook for Microsoft family members, very much like the shared family calendar.

All family members can add/update/delete contacts.

Optionally parents can define that children have read only access to the addressbook. Optionally you see latest updated timestamp and family member's name who has edited a contact last. Optionally family members can decide to receive e-mail notification whenever a shared contact gets updated.
