    1. Is the entire inbox empty or are only a few mails missing?
    2. Is this an intermittent issue? Are the mails sometimes visible and sometimes not?
    3. Are you trying to look for the mails through the search icon or are you scrolling to the date to search for the mail?

    I am in the same situation as many users. My inbox was flooded with junk mail for a while. Then it stopped. But then one day all mail in the inbox is gone, no matter which browsers or device - iPhone, iPad, desktop. There are no settings but I think some programmers managing the Hotmail is trying to fix bugs to get rid of junk mail inadvertently added some email addresses to auto delete all email from those inboxes daily. It’s something Microsoft is doing behind the scenes, or our mailboxes are hacked and someone else is controlling it. Those are my guesses. Either way, Microsoft please fix this!
