In Outlook, I have a folder called New folder that contains nothing in it and can't be deleted. Why does everything in the new Outlook have to be so counter intuitive and make it so hard to do anything that used to be very simple?

Why is the search engine for Outlook Help so poor? I had a question regarding downloads, as in using the download button to get an attachment in an email. Nothing regarding downloads comes up. I don't think I have had a successful search of Outlook help yet. Do you actually want people to get frustrated?

Why are downloaded attachments put into a zipped file that then needs extraction? Why can't you just select all or right click and copy? This makes it needlessly difficult to open and save attachments. Is the goal of Microsoft to reduce productivity? Is this a security measure because Microsoft products seem so much more susceptible to security attacks?

Today, Outlook randomly decided I can no longer attach files as I have in the past and that I must now use a different attach command. For Pete's sake, can't you just make a decent product?

It seems silly to not allow you to click on the X button to close a draft email. In Windows for the last 25 years, to close out a window, you hit the X. The - minimizes it. Why change the normal convention? Can't you see how this is frustrating and confusing?

Why does Outlook show a draft email sometimes in the Draft Menu and sometimes as a minimized window other times? I just wasted time looking for it.

Why do draft emails make it so hard to see the original email in Outlook? I'm trying to scroll down to read the email (NOT conversation) that I'm responding to and Outlook won't let me see the text at times and the attachments.

Unbelievable! Did you purposely try to make Outlook hard to use? When I select multiple emails to delete, why does some of the time not all of the emails not delete the first time?

How do I turn off the stupid colored circles with the misleading initials. Why is Outlook so bad? Was it written by a frustrated English major?

Why does Outlook insist on grouping emails/replies together and hiding the older ones until you click on them? Why can't I just see the entire email chain all at once?

Why does the new Outlook insist on calling an email a conversation. It's an email, not a conversation!

5th one for today. Why couldn't you just call the Address Book the Address Book, as it has been called for decades and kept the menu location in the same location? Why call it People and move it to a different location? Silly waste of productivity!

4th one for today. Why are the lines between the emails in an email string so faint as to be invisible. Sometimes you click to view an email and you get the sender's contact info and sometimes you get the text of the email. Another silly mistake!

3rd one for today. What person is responsible for the organization of the new Outlook? That person should be ashamed of themselves. Was it their goal to create chaos, confusion and reduced productivity? Lumping the email strings together is a huge mistake.

2nd one for today. Why in the world is the default setting for downloading an attachment a freaking zipped file? I have wasted so much time getting rid of the zipped file and having the files appear normally.

OMG, I could complain 5 times a day for a month and still not get through all my complaints. Today, why are the lines between email sections (e.g. to/cc/subject/main body so faint as to be a wild guess? I have wasted more time clicking by trial and error.

You used to be able to cut and paste attachments to an email. This process no longer works. I have to use the silly insert attachment icon and that takes several more steps each time I have to do this. If this is a security issue, make your software more secure. Apple doesn't have this problem.

It is absolutely absurd that you are expected to know that if you swipe right while balancing on a golf ball that the menu that used to be on the top of the screen will suddenly reappear.
