I can't emphasize enough how much I hate this "upgrade." We lost half the functionality of our calendar. C'mon, seriously Microsoft, we can't forward calendar events now from mobile? We also can't set message importance, have no week/month view in calendar, can't swipe to move messages to folders, and more stuff that others have left feedback for. The mobile version is nigh unusable. Thanks Microsoft for necessitating me carrying my laptop around with me while working offsite, to handle tasks I could do before on my phone. Worst "upgrade" ever.

The "upgraded" version lost a ton of functionality on mobile. We can no longer swipe to move messages to a folder, no longer set message importance, cannot forward calendar events to other people, and more. Please bring back the option to toggle back to the old outlook UI. This "upgrade" is a huge downgrade for mobile users. You're making it impossible for some of us who rely on mobile to do our jobs.

God I hate the new version. A couple weeks ago we could still toggle back but not anymore. New version lacks the same features and functionality on mobile. I can no longer even forward calendar invites using mobile. Ugh just let us go back, why do you "fix" things that aren't broken??

Strongly disagree. We lost at least a dozen features that were essential for mobile users. I literally have to lug my laptop around while in the field, when for years my phone was enough because I can't do many essential tasks anymore. This is a terrible version.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We currently don’t support the ability to open shared mailboxes or other mailboxes that you have permissions to access.

To open these mailboxes, you can access Outlook from a desktop browser (by requesting the desktop site in the browser settings) or use the Outlook mobile app that can be downloaded from the iOS and Android app store.
