2. Is this an intermittent issue? Are the mails sometimes visible and sometimes not?
3. Are you trying to look for the mails through the search icon or are you scrolling to the date to search for the mail?

We have also added a setting to remove the avatar from the message list so you can use that turn it off.

The new upgrade is clunky, it does not load properly. Often emails are MISSING! WTF is THAT about?!?! They will be there when I look at one stage... gone next time.... gone again.... then I log in later or the next day and it's back!
I also struggle with the size of the text now trying to read my inbox is a nightmare.
Just bloody change it the **** back or I am going to use another provider and tell everyone I know to do the same.

If you have the Focused/Other inbox toggled on, can you check if the new mail you’re not seeing are in the Other inbox?
