In November of 2019 I did a 30 day free trial.e I had the option when booking an appointment to select in the Location Field "Customer address" and it would auto file from the Customer Info at the top of the page the customers' address. We are a service company and we always go to the customers' address to perform the service. Big time saver, however feature was no longer there when I activated Office 365, I opened a Ticket(s) the feature came back for 4 or 5 days, then went away again. For companies that are always going to the customers' homes it is a big time saver as opposed to have to type the whole address again.

Did a 30 day trial in Nov 2019, it was there on the service set-up page. Location had a drop down to set it to be at customers' address and then would auto-fill when booking. When I signed up for Office 365 early March 202, it was no longer there. We are a service company that only performs services at the customers' address. Real time saver, now I have to type in address on each appointment I book.

30 day free trial I did in Nov 2019 had that option but when I signed up early March 2020 nope, no longer a feature? Have to add new customers that I book by copying and pasting to my billing and company data bases.

I see no benefit to have it go directly to Delete and Auto accept. Can be not accepted on calendar.
