I've found 4 ways so far to effect how large fonts are in Outlook. And only in the preview pane does control-mouse wheel scale. Not folders list, not the messages list, ...
Yes, you can scale your whole monitor. But what if I don't want that, just for Outlook's fonts to be more reasonable (on a 4k monitor set to 125%).
It's 2020 folks, give us the option to %scale the whole application.
