Allow re-ordering the conditions/action within an outlook.com rule in the order you want the condition/action to take place
When setting up rules on outlook.com, trying to reroute and delete all mails doesn't work in a single rule. Adding a delete mail action always becomes the first condition in the list. this means in order to reroute a mail and then delete it you have to setup 2 seperate rules as you can change the order in which the rules are applied, but you cannot change the order in which the action within the rule has to take place. So when you want to reroute and delete, the delete action becomes the first action, so the email is never rerouted, just deleted
