Essential feature - I used it all the time in Windows and it saved my *** from hasty responses regularly.

It is the same with Office 365 - you can't edit the quick actions toolbar on Mac, as you can for Excel and Word. It Outlook is has just been forgotten about.

It seems like they started down the road, then someone left or got fired. Make it work the same as Windows. And stop asking me to vote on things - is it not enough that I contacted you about it!

This is very distinct from being able to schedule a single message for some time in the future, which was recently added.

Allow delaying send of all messages so there is a short window to change your mind is a feature in Outlook for Windows, Outlook online, Gmail and other tools. Why is it still missing from the Mac version of Outlook?

This is crazy - to find my replies to messages I have to hunt through the Sent items folder. A message I replied to has a helpful note at the top saying when I replied to the message, but doesn't add any functionality. Please take it a step further and make the note clickable to view the reply, as is the case in Outlook on Windows.

Absolutely - would love to see this fixed in Android too! I often reply to my own messages when I've something to add, and it keeps all the conversation threaded properly. The number of times I've done this fast, then not realised that the message didn't go to anyone I wanted it to go to. The reason this catches me out is that other email solutions all get this right, and Outlook is alone in this.

Yes - regularly missing calendar notifications and having to apologise for being late. They just aren't prominent in the same way they are in Windows, or in comparison to other macos apps. Needs some attention and love from the development team.

Once the message has been delivered to mail servers, it is out there, and sending a recall request just draws additional to the message that has already been downloaded.

Having the ability to defer sending all messages by 1 minute, via a rule would allow a short window to change your mind after hitting send, before it hits the world. The feature exists in Outlook for Windows, Outlook online, Gmail, so why is it missing from Outlook for Mac?

Flagging could do this easily, if Outlook 2016 included the quick access to the Flagged filter as it does in Outlook Web. Filter to unread is not enough (and less important!)
