Totally agree. I’ve had many important emails go straight to junk. Today an email from my doctor went straight to junk - I’ve emailed her and received from her many times previously. This email was time critical and would have major consequences had I not checked my junk folder.

Your junk mail filter is atrocious. I have so many emails go straight to my junk folder that aren’t junk - from my financial institutions, subscriptions, service providers (electricity), friends and today an email from my doctor, who I have received emails from and written to many times. Sometimes I receive emails in my inbox from an address and then other times it goes to junk. Other emails go to my inbox that are clearly phishing, it’s clear from the email address.

To add addresses to my safe senders list requires me to login on a PC, which I pretty much never have the opportunity to do.

It’s 2020 - why has junk mail filtering gone backwards? Either sort out the filtering or make it easier to add to safe senders list from mobile.
