It would be great if you could enable us to search the Offline Global Address List by a display name.

In Outlook client, it would be great if we could add a new calendar item easily in my calendar even when opening other user’s calendar.
For example, implementing a “Create this item in my calendar” button would be appreciated so that we can easily access our own calendar and create calendar items.

It would be great if wording could be automatically added to the subject line when a new mail is created in Outlook (when “New mail” is clicked).
It is hard to use the transport rule for our operation. Therefore, the automatic addition to the subject line uniformly would be appreciated.

In both of Outlook client and Outlook on the web, it would be great if we can use add-ins when creating a calendar item in Calendar of the shared mailbox for other users.
Currently, they are grayed out even if permissions are given for Editor, Owner, Delegate access, and Full access.

In Outlook for iOS, a browser will get launched when we clicked a link for Teams, then a prompt to install Teams desktop client is shown.
Therefore, it would be great if Teams mobile app gets launched instead.

It would be great if we can send meeting requests with Office 365 group as a sender both in Outlook on the web and Outlook client.
For Outlook on the web and Outlook client, we can send ordinary mails with Office 365 group as a sender, but cannot send meeting requests in the same way because it is not possible to change a sender of meeting requests. Therefore, improvement of this behavior would be greatly appreciated.

It would be great if we could restrict general users from changing sharing setting of their calendar.
We do not want them to change access permissions on their own.

It would be great if you could implement the “Schedule an automatic send/receive every xx minutes” function, provided in Outlook client, also in Outlook on the web. We would like to manually set regular intervals to send and receive mails.

It would be great if drag & drop properly moves a recipient from the To field of the mail, not to duplicate it, in Outlook on the web.
