I work for a big organization that outsources the Office 365 management. It means it's basically pointless for me to contact any admins.
I want to add external members to the distribution group I created. I cannot do it because I am not admin. I can't add people from my contacts or similar, only people within my organization.
Making a contact list wont help me either, because the the group of people who I need to contact to forward information to is always changing, people coming and going. I need a list I can manage, but also my colleagues can use. A distribution group would be perfect. But for now I have to use a third party service for this.
