My company it using office 365 and after a company merger, we're going through a transition of email domains. This means that we have two mailboxes now with the exact same emails coming through on both. when trying to sort out and organize my mailboxes, it's quite difficult to do it in an efficient manner. The email addresses are always composed of firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to being unable to rename account, every time I want to move an email to another folder, when clicking in the Move dropdown menu, all I can see is the folder name and then the first_name.last_name combination but unable to see the domain as the menu isn't wide enough to display the entire length of the email address.
