Definitely needs a tabular print out of the days appointments by staff member/resource. One way we use this is for staff that work in our retail shop and are not sitting in front of a computer. They have no idea what the name of their client is from the Calendar view print out and the Agenda view is a mess with too much detail, such as consenting to privacy policy and full service info (which we know what it is because we created it) instead of service title and irrelevant space taking info such as 'note this is a read only view' (umm, yes that's what printing on paper means). We don't need all their contact details either. Just who, when, what service, and answers to any additional questions we've asked in an 'at a glance' format. Kind of like a daily run sheet.
