1. I've worked so many jobs using Outlook by now and never a single day have I ever needed or wanted "Conversation History", "RSS Feeds", "Search Folders" or "Groups" it's distracting and should be possible to remove permanently.
2. We should be able to hide other folders unless needed (Outbox, Junk Email, Sent Items, Deleted Items)
It all produces a User Experience of a ton of clutter to stare at and the added annoyance of being unable do anything about - it could be so much more streamlined and aid everyone's concentration.
These cumbersome folder structures we've never needed and that we've been frustrated about for years and still cannot remove need to be finally addressed. We're moving into an age of competition with simpler interfaces but Outlook still lags behind with the antiquated idea that you have to force the user into things they don't want... please address this user experience issue.
