    That's why you each should login as a different user within Windows. This has many benefits for beyond Outlook address books (including saving of preferences, ribbon button customization - per user, last file(s) accessed in various programs - just to name a few

    In order to do this effectively, there needs to be SIGNIFICANT improvement of the parsing capability of MS Outlook.

    Outlooks current capability to "fix addresses" that are quite normally formatted (at least for the USA) is HORRIBLE.

    Noting that there used to be a BUTTON on the appointment window called "next available" that could be clicked to bump the time to the next available time slot.

    This used to be a feature in Outlook that was later taken out. Please re-establish this.

    Also, the feature needs to accommodate when people are available according to their work schedule (stored in outlook) as well as the availability of ROOMS - including if they are allowed to be scheduled or not).
