  1. Don't hide the REAL email address of the sender. Outlook only shows a coloured circle with a letter, dangerous spams are hidden this way.

    give the e-mail a logica order, i always have to search for the latest message in a long string of grouped e-mails. this is very anoying. it is often not the first or last in the e-mail why not the last on top?
