We’re sorry people are experiencing issues here. We have gone back to the old behavior for the left-hand folder tree to always show since last year and we hope this has addressed most issues.
There are some reports in the comments about individual folders not showing up. In order for us to get to the bottom of the issue, please post as much detail as possible in your comments. What steps are you taking? Which browser/computer/operating system are you using?

I have blocked the same sender numerous times. Feature does NOT work.
I am missing several folders out of the blue. Tried to replace a couple of them, and now emails are missing from those new folders. I thought 'the cloud' would be a safe place to store these important emails.
In trying to figure out what might be wrong, I cannot even find the version of Outlook Live I am using anywhere on the page.
Using Edge Windows 10 and very frustrated
