Between Christmas and Dec 28 I have received 108 spam emails that are increasingky either R-rated or X-rated. These include multiple ads for ***** enhancement like Serexin or others that promise enhanced manhood. I have also received multiple spam emails about dating Russian, Ukrainian, Asian, Columbian, hot singles etc. I have also received too many ads about gun or gun-related topics like drones, tactical knives/flashlights etc. which I don't want. Then the cascade of Cannabis ads for people. dogs etc. I do not want ANY of these spam emails downloaded from your server. Why all of a sudden has this problem about sleazy spam emails overloading my junk box occurred? I have to scroll through all to find hunk emails I actually want. Even when I mark these junk as not spam, they still appear in the junk box, wasting my time scrolling through all junk emails yet again. To compound the problem, my excellent virus service is marking so many of these junk emails as originating from suspicious or malicious websites - putting my and other users' computers at risk. I have been in contact with someone from Outlook support who advised me to post this complaint. I want a stop to this problem ASAP.

Your junk email filter only filters ALL junk email. There are NO degrees of discrimination. I am getting up to 250 a day with many duplications and 95% are either phishing, flagged as malicious sites by my virus protection, triplicates of the same spam or GRADE Z spam. I just upgraded my computer from an older Windows version which had a sliding junk mail filter that allowed users to chose heir own filter level - low, medium or high. I never had the problem I am experiencing now. and wish outlook had the same effective user-friendly approach to this problem. I do not have the time to patiently go through and mark each 250 unwanted pieces of spam. This upgrade to outlook has caused issues for many users experiencing the same blizzard of unwanted spam. It is up to the engineers to figure out a solution to this frustrating problem. I have done everything the outlook team has suggested like changing password etc. but the blizzard of spam keeps coming. Our computers are being put at risk for malware etc when any garbage spam is allowed to pass into our junk boxes. You need to fix this intrusive problem. I am sure you can appreciate the frustration outlook users are experiencing.
