    If a user has ten emails opened and wishes to work on four emails later, but has to restart Outlook for some reason, he has to go through the inbox again and open those emails, or setup individual tasks which is time consuming. So if he can 'pin' emails that can open along with the application when restarted - that'd be great!

  2. Add 'Acknowledged' and 'Thanks' buttons to emails that will tell the sender you have seen their email, without having to send another.
