The font in Mobile Outlook used to match the font set in Web Outlook. Now, though, it comes through to Desktop Outlook in a completely different font from any default. What broke? Can I have it back?

I agree! I see in the Help file that is specifically always on.
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/manage-suggested-recipients-in-the-to-cc-and-bcc-boxes-with-auto-complete-dbe46e31-c098-4881-8cf7-66b037bce23eThis is so very confusing, and the Other Suggestions is almost always incorrect and has caused us to send confidential emails to the wrong person. My Executive Director has been particularly affected by this, and she is pretty tech-savvy and also always rushed. It's too easy to make a mistake.
It does this from English as well, putting it in the Roman characters from MS Mincho.
