Please allow us to add attendees to appointments/meetings without sending invites, or picking from contacts. I.e, an list of names.

In scenarios where outlook is used privately or for organizing purposes, it would be useful to be able to add attendees to a meeting without sending invites, and picking from contact lists.

In my case I tried to set up a meeting in the Windows Outlook client, for private organizing, documentation, and reminder purposes. I wanted to add attendees for the purpose of backtracking what happened when, and with whom, but was unable to add participants without sending official invites.

It would be nice to be able to go back and see who I had a meeting with and when. Most meetings for me are outside of any company, are already scheduled, and with people not using outlook. To me this seems like something that should have been there from the day attendee functions were implemented as it is a minor feature, and opens up for an entire customer category.

This is already possible I think.
If the Office 365 version of Outlook is the "2016" version (the only I found here for PC).

When opening a specific task, I was able to open recurrence, and set:
    - Which day a week, a month, a year
in this also every x-week. (e.g Mon, Tue, Fri, every other or third week)
    - Repeat x-time after completing
    - Active period range (with a repeat x-times option too)

It was the best recurring customization I've seen in any program to date, in fact.
