Microsoft product designed really need to get aligned and keep features consistent across their products. The lack of 'Likes' in the Outlook desktop app is a similar issue!

Having migrated from Gmail to Outlook I find the lack of deep linking to individual emails or email threads really frustrating. I track tasks, projects, and notes in several other applications, and some relate to specific emails. Until moving to Office 365 I'd just copy and pasted the gmail address bar into those other applications, then I could very quickly and easily open the original email/thread at any time. Now I have to copy and paste the email subject, type the date it was received and manually search my email each time, very time consuming!

Our business has recently moved from Gmail to Outlook and the lack of this feature is really frustrating. I use categories to prioritise emails that require action. The built in flag feature isn't granular enough when receiving large email volumes each day so without this feature it's very difficult to keep track of what needs to be actioned next.

My business has just moved from Google Calendar to Outlook, and the limited colour pallet available in Outlook's calendar is frustrating. Please provide a greater selection plus an option for the user to select any RGB colour.
