Just to clarify, we’re not just asking to be able to schedule an email for a custom time, which we can do now, but to be able to customize the preset times that we would use often.

For some of us, our day starts earlier than 8 AM.

    Thank you!

Having a side panel showing a month or 2 of calendar dates would also be useful.

And by selecting, I meant opening.

I think I figured out why. With the unread filter turned on, it is indeed helpful to have emails not mark as read right away.

In the Inbox or Archive view with no filter turned on, this is not as helpful.

Could you make them mark as read instantly on opening when no filter is turned on?

    Thank you!

    Tim commented  ·

Outlook has started only marking a message as read after I leave the message, instead of when I open it. This seems like it is a change, and I don’t think it is for the better.

Please change it back so that messages instantly mark as read as soon as I open them.

    Thank you,
    Tim

Why is it that I reply to a sent message with Reply, it goes to me (which I don’t want), and if I reply with Reply All, it goes to the original recipient (which I do want)?

This gets people in the habit of using Reply All which is generally not preferred or helpful.

    Thank you

If I click on a link in a message, Safari opens and I leave Outlook.

When I go back to Outlook, the message is still open, but it’s scrolled to the top. This happens every time I click a link in an email. For long newsletters, this is especially unproductive.

Is this an iOS limitation, or can you do something about this?

    Thank you

Having an option to decide which parts of an account I want to use in Outlook for iOS would be useful.

I added iCloud only for the Contacts, but now I have to read mail there as well.

    Thank you

Or rename them for other places like Microsoft Flow, too.

Your 1- or 2- letter abbreviation with random colors is woefully inadequate for managing multiple accounts in your app.

At a minimum, I suggest allowing users to do the following:

    ⒈ reorder accounts
    ⒉ customize abbreviation on accounts
    ⒊ customize colors of accounts

    Thank you,
    Tim

You offer several browser options for opening links. How about adding Outlook as an option? Keep it in house.

One of the main reasons this is an issue is because every time I come back to Outlook after having opened a link in Safari, the email may still be open, but it has scrolled back to the top. For some emails, that means scrolling down again to where I was previously reading is required after every single link is opened.

Another thought would be to make the unread setting turn on and off with a single tap.

I think part of what makes the constant switching grueling after a while is it takes a tap (filter menu), move (to unread item), and tap to turn the filter and to turn it off.

Having a single button right at the top that one can tap to turn the unread filter on and off would be quite useful. Thank you.

    Tim commented  ·

Agreed. I use the unread filter on my Archive folder where it’s helpful, and not on my inbox where it’s not helpful. I need to make the same filter change almost every time I switch folder views.

Please have the filter view setting remember if it’s on or off by specific folders. Thank you.
