Need to use Salesforce Add-in in Outlook for Mac, but I use GSuite.

Bottom panel should have the most used options (customizable) so that they are easy to get to. For example, Archive should be at the obuttom, not top right.

Also, it should be context sensitive. You would show the most common buttons (customizable) depending on what you are looking at. Message list would be different than looking at a single message.

When you choose people at the bottom, it takes you to a list of people, then you have to search for the person you want. The person you want is likely one of your frequent contacts. I suggest the default "People" view be a listing of "top contacts", defined as people you interact with most often.

This could also be combined withe idea of having favorite contacts, where you could have tabs at the top that allow you to select:

    1. Favorites
    2. Frequent (or top)
    3. All with search capability

The agenda view is great. The problem I run into, however is I missed all day events because the left arrow (pointer) points to the next even on the calendar, causing the all day events at the top of that day to scroll out of view.

The only way one would know they have all day events is to scroll back in time to see what they are.

I propose that you freeze/lock the all day events just below the date pane until you scroll past (or previous) to that day's date.

I have two Gmail accounts, both show Focused if you look at the Inboxes individually, but if you go to All Mail and the combined Inbox, it doesn't show Focused or Other. This feature works just fine on the iOS app, but is missing in Outlook for Mac. Of course, this is still an early release version, so maybe they'll include this in the public release.

In general, I am pleased to see Outlook for Mac and iOS improving. I have since moved on to other apps, but might switch back if they keep this up :)

On a Mac platform, it makes sense to sync Outlook tasks with macOS Reminders. This allows Siri to create Reminders, then it show in Outlook. If you don't sync Reminders, users will have to use two apps: Outlook for Calendar, and Reminders for tasks.

I also hope you will stop turning flagged emails into Tasks. Flagged emails don't always result in same tasks that need to get done. It creates potentially thousands of "Tasks" in Outlook, which obviously provides no value and ruins the Outlook task functionality.

    - Buttons to move messages to appropriate folders in the messages account, like @SaneLater, @SaneTomorrow, @SaneBackhole, etc...
    - Unified views for @SaneLater and other @Sane folders between accounts, like Outlook currently does for Inbox, Draft, and Sent.

I'd switch to Outlook for Mac if this feature was implemented just like the wonderful iPhone Outlook app!

The app already does this. I'm using Gmail and I'm finding emails dating back to last year.
