This one is pretty vital. I use it on Mac Mail via Mailbutler, and I have it set to 60 seconds. So often, that has saved me from realizing I forgot something or had the wrong person on the email or whatever. (Mailbutler cannot do this in Outlook.)

Love the new Outlook, but the lack of shared mailboxes is extremely frustrating! Of course, so is the fact that I'm having to vote to add a mandatory feature back in and that it's months after this was first requested.

Since this can be done in other Office applications for Mac, the development should have already been done. This kind of renders Outlook useless when add-ons are installed since there's no way to control in what order they appear.
