dark mode in a mail client only makes sense when you can invert the colors of the reading pane so it's not a canvas of blinding white light
see how OWA does this in React/Preview - much much much better...

From support chat: The rule for moving mails between Focused and Other is based on the sender and we can't set it based on to which email address it is for, like the alias scenario.
This can be a great feature though. Please do send it to the Suggest a Feature section and hopefully, we will see it added on one of our updates.

I very often find myself beginning to write an email on my computer and then wanting to finish it later on the go from my phone, if only to proofread before sending.

This is so incredibly annoying, and support just tells me "people don't read things on their phones", which is completely false. I know your team uses "personas" to figure out who cares about what features, but consumption is incredibly important for mobile scenarios. And I use Outlook only because my IT department mandates it, else I'd use a mail client that's actually capable of loading an email completely.
