It's ridiculous that in Month view, 2/7 of the screen area is permanently wasted showing (for me) completely blank rectangles for Saturday and Sunday! If the weekend could be hidden, it would allow much more space for showing all my Mon-Fri business appointments.

Agreed. I dislike the limited and feeble pastel color schemes provided in Outlook, OneNote and Sticky Notes. Sometimes I want a bold color to make something very obvious and unforgettable!

    Hi everyone,

Thank you for providing a clear signal that we should improve how we highlight “Today” on the calendar.

We are planning to make this update in Outlook for Office 365 subscribers. We will post a subsequent status update when this is available for you to use in Outlook.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Please do keep making suggestions and voting on others’ suggestions to help us improve the product.

    Thanks,
    Jenn

It is not believable that Microsoft is actually "working" on this since 2018. I know large companies can become tied up in their own processes, but this is plainly ridiculous - this is a lunchtime fix! We all want a *clearly highlighted* box to separate Today from all the other weak blue rectangles in the calendar, but this is apparently too complex for Microsoft to handle?

@Ragnar: Well spotted - currently 565 votes, going back years, and still it's not fixed! Microsoft has clearly been taking lessons from Adobe in how to earn billions while doing nothing to improve the products.
