Unbelievable its not there yet, absolutely a requirement to do proper triage on mobile. Alternative would be to make categories fully sync towards mobile but thats not possible it seems through activesync.
Please add this functionality. Key reason for me to use Nine or Blackberry hub instead of Outlook
