  1. Replace "Reply, Reply All, Forward" or the "Discard, Pop out" buttons back to to left.

    WAY too much time scrolling right to click an option to then go back left. Please move them back to the left, or provide option for us to choose. Might look pretty, but wastes time. Are you all still doing user testing before rolling out these changes? It might seem like a minor change but it's not, it has a huge impact, a negative impact.

  2. Positioning Discard in exactly the same location as "Reply" results in deletion of a response to an email.
