Currently, "Run Rule Now" function only works for limited type of Inbox Rules. I want this function to work for all types of Inbox Rules to keep Inbox folders tidy.

When 2 Office 365 organizations has [Organization Sharing] available and each users in each organizations are added to Global Address Lists, users can add external user calendars in their Outlook.

However, in Outlook 2010, adding external users to Global Address Lists was not mandatory when [Organization Sharing] was enabled.

I don't want to add all external users to "Contacts". Adding external users to each user's "Personal Contacts" should be fine.

Outlook 2016 (Desktop version) , Outlook for iOS/Android and Outlook on the web has different set of shared calendar.

For example, calendars imported as a group in Outlook 2016 is not displayed in list of shared calendars in Outlook on the web.
Also, no shared calendars are displayed in Outlook for iOS/Android by default.

I would like list of shared calendar to be in the same appearance in all Outlook products.

My company has our original corporate calendar with corporate-wide events and holidays.

I want an option to distribute this calendar to all users.

It would be excellent if our original holidays are displayed in all user calendars.

I use message classification via transport rule. It would be lovely if I could combine message classification function and tag function.

I want multiple tags per email because message classification allows only one message classification per email.

Also, message classification can combined with inbox rules so I want tags to be able to do the same too.

    Hello all,

While this request is being reviewed for future consideration please try this workaround solution:

Change the select available fields in bottom-left to All Appointments Fields
Select the “Start” field on the left and Click Start → on the right.
Select the “End” field on the left and Click End → on the right.
    Click OK
    • Click on Filter…

In the old Outlook on the web, clicking URL links in the calendar opened calendar item. In the new Outlook on the web, clicking the same URL links opens the calendar itself.
Now Thunderbird users needs to take one extra click to send reply to meeting request so please fix this issue.
