Your thread sorted messages go from oldest on top of the list in order down the list to newest, it should be going the reverse way so one got the newest from top and going down the list in order to the oldest at the bottom of the list. The way it is now it’s very annoying having to scroll down to get to the newer messages, it should be newest up top and always sorting itself via date and time down the list. Please fix this thanks!

Firstly, outlook.com has options to report Phishing via the inbox or junk or any folder, and you do not need to open the email to get to this option, you can right click the email and directly choose Phishing from a dropdown menu.
In regards to outlook for iOS, you need to open an email first then press 3 dots above and then can choose phishing or junk from the dropdown list, and when an email is already in junk you got no option to report Phishing, you only got an option to move it back into the inbox or other folder. This makes no sense and is extra work and one does not want to be handling malicious emails.
Please make it possible to also report Phishing from the junk folder, just as the inbox and make a way so you don’t need to open a malicious email in order to report it as phishing. Please learn from outlook.com for functions in outlook for iOS.Thanks

    Hello,
I’m not happy when you have certain privacy settings selected to be “ON” as default that affect the user’s privacy without giving the user the option to turn them ON if the user
wants it, such as “Analyse Content” and “Download Content” I saw them ON and turned them off. Also these setting were not there before and must have been added in more recent versions.
My suggestion refers to any and all privacy settings!
    Thanks and regards.

    Hello,
My issue is the appearance, dark and light mode. This option is not bad but it’s pointless if you don’t have an option to set specific times to turn the particular light/dark on and off. The iPhone and Windows have time settings to turn the light/dark modes on and off at particular times. Please have settings for this or let outlook for iOS use the dark/light mode time settings directly from the iPhone setting. Thanks and regards.

Can't sort folders in a preferred order on the left pane. I had made 2 folders for my 2 alias emails but due to their starting letters they were spread apart due to some other default folders such as Archive, Conversation History and Notes. I was able to go around that by adding an "@" in front of my 2 folders which then has grouped them together. I don't like to put my folders in other folders as Sub Folders since this requires them to be clicked every time to see if a new email is inside them. Also as mentioned it would be best not to have default folders such as Archive, Conversation History and Notes, since those take up unnecessary space and people rather prefer to make their own named folders if they even decide to have any. I would suggest at least having an option for people to delete your default folders or remove them completely to start with. Thank you! Regards.
