    It's about 50/50 for me that any updated info fails to save.
    Moreover, even when no error is given, the update may not be implemented properly, or somehow disappears when the Customer Manager is re-opened.

    We are sorry and are working on bringing it back as soon as possible. With the old implementation we had some issues with loading a lot of deals and contacts, so we had to make the change to improve performance.

    July 2019...are you really working on this?

    Please update, my company is trialing Customer Management software, this puts your product way behind, it's a crucial feature for customization.

    If we can't easily see and prioritize the information that is most important to us, then what is the point? hmmm. Not impressed.
