Why is the inbox split by prominent headers such as "This Month", "Today", "Last Month" etc? These visually prominent headers, especially in bold, makes it hard to see if there are any unread emails. A quick scan of the page shows a lot of bold noise where unread emails just don't stand out.
At least 3 times when I've clicked somewhere in the middle of an email in my inbox it has gotten deleted. The delete button (along with other action buttons) are invisible until you hover the mail. If you just click in the middle of it the buttons appear a fraction of a fraction of a second before you click and you have no chance of seeing them appearing. Placing these buttons out in the margin as gmal does works much better, as it isn't where you typically would press to open the email.
