We are using remote domains to change how to show sender name, but this can change its setting at tenant-level. I would like the certain user name in the Show from field on external messages to be shown in English. So I would like to ask such a feature.

It would be great if we can change how the Show from displays the sender on the external email. For example, we want to change the sender shown in his email address format to the display name format.

I want to view the display name of the external sender as it’s shown in the GAL. Currently, it shows senders name as it’s displayed in the FROM line in the mail header when you receive a message from external sender.

We would like to manage the Office 365 group as a dynamic distribution group.

We would like to delete and control multiple AutoComplete caches of contacts in Outlook on the web all at once.

I don’t want each attendee to know other users who are invited in the meeting. Hopefully it would be great if the invitation can hide other attendees.

Currently the default event interval is every 30 minutes and its automatically selected when you set the start time, but I would like to change the interval to 10 or 15 minutes when creating a new event. For example, I would like to change the interval to get the time to be shown 10:00 – 10:15 instead of 10:00 – 10:30.

It would be very helpful if the Inbox folder can show the number of new messages delivered in the sub folder under the inbox. If those sub folders are collapsed, we are hardly notice the new messages unless we expand all the associated folders.

If you move an attendee from Required to Optional in one of the recurring event, the attendee will be shown in the both fields next time you open the event details. This happens in only Outlook on the web. Please standardize the behavior when moving people between the Required and Optional field with Outlook client.

I would like to view contact items in the sub folder via contact list in Outlook for iOS/Android, because we can’t see them at the moment.
