   My organisation just forced all staff to migrate to Office 2016. The available color schemes for Outlook are indeed very bad for productivity. "Colorful" and "White" are way to bright, while "Dark Grey" is too dark and is very difficult to read, in particular light grey text on dark grey background. I am shocked that even three years later, this issue still has not been fixed. This issue causes many people serious eye problems and is a severe impediment to productivity. Microsoft, please fix this ASAP!
