    Leaving this functionality out of Outlook - or any MS product leads me to think that some executive's kid needed a "Development Team Management" credit to move past the 5th grade. Serious fail here.

    There is only one solution to a develpoment team that leaves this functionality out of a application used by tens of millions of users:
