   My quick steps now require two steps; one to click the drop-down menu and another to click the task. Why mess with people's work platform.

   by all means make the ribbon bar smaller, as it was in the good old days, but stop changing the content! The layups I've spent hours configuring are gone, and I cannot do this week the things that I could easily do last week. Sooooo frustrating.

4. Increase the number of color options in the Outlook Calendar palette from 9 to 16-25, increase contrast, and allow user editing of colors.
