Even if the event has been initially set as Private, attendees on the event are able to change its status on their calendar. I would like to block attendees changing the Show as option if it has been set by the organizer.

I would like you to implement a client rule under the condition which works on the received date specified by a user.

I would like to configure default rules that can be applied when creating a new resource. Specifically, I would like to set default rules of auto-approval and maximum length for the resource booking for the new resource.

I would like you to improve the Room finder to list up all the meeting room distribution groups in a single list for us to find a room easier. It’s difficult for us to find a room without knowing its display name.

Hey all, thanks for your feedback. We changed the pinned items to occupy less space so that you could still see new messages in your inbox even if you had a lot of pinned items.

We assumed that by pinning the items, you would know what the email was about so you’d need less information on the message.

We’ll track this item and figure out whether we want to change it in the future.

    Colin

It would be great if my contact list shows people in more effective way. Currently it lists people randomly, so I want to sort them in order of the display name, the last name (if users don’t have their display name configured). I’m asking you this function because it’s sometimes difficult for me to find certain users when they have multiple items in their contacts.

In previous Ootw, we used to use folders to keep contacts of our clients, because it allows us to enter preferred contact by simply clicking the To field to select appropriate folder from the list and it was very useful when creating a message. Current Ootw doesn’t let us do so because it doesn’t load folder list in the To field.
