Cannot access an old HOTMAIL email account when overseas. Keep getting a ‘verify login’ which never works (may even be a scam). So just ignore these messages when overseas - will soon purge and move any worthwhile contacts in HOTMAIL to another email - certainly NOT to OUTLOOK.
Just not worth the inconvenience.
